Welcome to Doll Town presents an engaging narrative filled with interesting references, but its execution lacks polish. Issues with gameplay, camera, and pacing undermine the experience, making combat repetitive and falling short of the expectations set by its own marketing. Although there is potential for future improvements and even additional content, in its current state the title does not justify its price. Despite its narrative merits, it ultimately requires significant adjustments before it can be truly recommended.

Effectively a demo for 13 dollars, Welcome to Doll Town is a short novelty where the humor barely has time to land. There’s simply not enough here to justify the price, but it commits to its bit well enough to be worth considering on a deep sale.
