The overall result is a delightful, charming, and relaxing affair. It’s a Sunday afternoon television of a game, and goodness me, does that have a place. It’s funny, daft, and the look is incessantly fantastic. Backgrounds are beautifully drawn, characters are well animated, and the voice cast are all modestly strong. And it’s got Tom Baker in it. I had a thoroughly lovely time.

A quirky and fun adventure that could go far with a few little tweaks.

Featuring a marvelous vocal work, a fun and humorous plot and two distinct control systems, The Fowl Fleet could improve its unbalanced difficulty in some puzzles and feature some more engaging missions but let there be no doubt that the point and click adventure genre is alive and well on the Switch.

Overall, point and click adventure games don't get much more charming or enjoyable than Nelly Cootalot: The Fowl Fleet.

Nelly Cootalot: The Fowl Fleet is the kind of charming and hilarious adventure game that only happens when real love goes into its creation.

GOOD - Nelly Cootalot is worth a look if you are a fan of games like Maniac Mansion or Monkey Island. The story is just adult enough for older audiences to enjoy and for kids to still get a kick out of the humor. Hit and miss controls slightly hamper the experience, but overall it’s still a fun time.

A perfect homage to an older genre, Nelly Cootalot: The Fowl Fleet is filled with humour and charm. A must buy for those who love classic point and click.

It's not particularly groundbreaking, but it's a nice graphic adventure, with a strong atmosphere and good puzzles.

My only complaint about the game [is] I just want to explore another mysterious island with Nelly for a few more hours. Is that too much to ask for?
