Limited enemies and environments don't hamper some of the best VR blasting out there.
Read full review ↗Mechanically, Synapse is incredible, but the breadth of content is another story. This feels like a proof of concept for a full experience, once the amount of content can match the level of gameplay.
Read full review ↗Synapse is a flashy PlayStation VR2 exclusive roguelite that gets too repetitive for its own good.
Read full review ↗Synapse is one of the first games to showcase what VR on a home console can be. It's fast-paced, inventive, and visually stunning. Sadly, it's not much more than that, as the repetitive gameplay can't keep up with the technical splendor. It's fine, but not the system-seller the PSVR2 needs right now.
Read full review ↗Synapse is a VR action game that offers an intriguing concept and a story that combines Heart of Darkness with Inception. The result is not bad, but it doesn't achieve the promised revolution in the genre. The game lags primarily in the area of variability, which is crucial for roguelite games.
Read full review ↗The most important thing with a VR game like this (and really, any game in general) is how fun it ends up being, and Synapse is a freaking blast. I enjoyed everything about this game, and it is another must-have title on the PS VR2, and yet another fantastic game that makes me glad I was an early adopter of the headset. If you have a PS VR2, get Synapse on the Playstation Store for $35 and thank me later.
Read full review ↗It is a game with an amazing foundation, an excellent usage of the PSVR2’s features, and really fun gameplay, and it leave me wanting more. It was all too brief. I am definitely looking forward to whatever nDreams decides to do in the feature, and I absolutely recommend grabbing Synapse up as one of the must-have titles on the PSVR2’s evergrowing and ever impressive library.

Read full review ↗With its vibrant splashes of colour and excellent use of eye tracking in the management of telekinesis, Synapse stands out as one of the productions that make the most of the potential and peculiar features of PlayStation VR 2.
Read full review ↗Combining smooth gunplay and god-like telekinetic abilities, Synapse is a stylish roguelite shooter that more than deserves to be labelled as a PSVR 2 must-buy.
