Jumanji: Wild Adventures is the classic tie-in crafted without much effort, but doing the bare minimum to realise an adventure capable of eliciting just a smile from franchise fans and those who will play it together. And that's a real shame, as the IP would be a perfect fit for a more ambitious video game.

Jumanji Wild Adventures is an entertaining action-adventure title that is faithful to the movies it's based on. It has some issues but is still entertaining to play, even when you aren't a kid.

The game is more aimed at younger players and is best played in multiplayer but is fine in solo. However, it lacks the character’s voices from the film series and the music is not great. The game also lacks online multiplayer and getting equipment in the shop is a real grind. Despite these issues, the game offers a unique and engaging experience for players.
