Why play it

Tentacle Tango is a quirky co-op puzzle-platformer where you and a partner must work together, tethered by a flexible tentacle. Don’t let the cute visuals fool you—this game is as challenging as it is charming. Every jump, swing, and tentacle bend requires precise coordination as you navigate puzzles, obstacles, and enemies. Whether playing solo or in local co-op, teamwork is your only path to victory, because after all, it takes two to tango!

Story and worldbuilding

The inseparable octopus duo, Ten and Tango, are on a perilous mission. They must swing and jump through treacherous terrains to defeat the evil Chef Murgó, who has captured all the local sea animals. Murgó plans to cook the ultimate, unforgettable buffet for the inauguration of his new restaurant, Flambé. Ten and Tango seem to be the only remaining hope. They must fight Chef Murgó's aides and henchmen—including the ruthless trappers Boone and Suzan—on their way to the final deciding battle with the chef himself. Their quest culminates in a chaotic showdown in Murgó's kitchen, where they must dismantle his terrifying buffet preparations and free their trapped friends before the grand opening begins.
