"Narrenschiff" is a psychological horror puzzle game. Players take on the role of an amnesiac man who awakens in a mysterious mental hospital. As they explore, they unravel a story involving their own origins and the conspiracy brewing within the walls of the mental institution.

The story takes place in a fictional authoritarian country in Europe. You'll play as Wayde Othman, a data entry officer from the Environmental Bureau, embarking on an adventure in a nearly abandoned mental hospital. Your goal is to uncover your lost memories and unravel the massive conspiracy brewing within.
