Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles is a challenging and beautiful 3D puzzle platformer but one whose design could frustrate some players out there. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the game and for the most part didn’t struggle too much with solving the puzzles. For others though, I can see how they could get stuck with not really knowing where to go or what to do and that is worth considering before making your purchase.
Read full review ↗Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles is a charming, satisfying and visually pleasing puzzle platformer, and a unique experience shouldn’t be overlooked.
Read full review ↗Even with speedrunners on duty, who are sure to try to solve every puzzle at Formula 1 speed, Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles evokes a slower, more leisurely vibe. This helps to deal with the complexity of some puzzles, but it doesn't solve the problem of repeated challenges, which makes it an OK game, but nothing extraordinary.

Read full review ↗If you’re a fan of puzzle games, deep sea creatures, and 3D platforming, I highly recommend Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles. Just be sure to take breaks while playing so you don’t go blind from all the neon lights— or go crazy from all the blips and bloops that form this game’s aquatic language.

Read full review ↗Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles is adorable with clever logical puzzles that may appeal to the masses who love a good puzzler. Despite being filled with Bioluminescent beauty though, the lack of direction and repetitive environment holds it back from being anything more than ordinary.
Read full review ↗What I’ve come to realize it that Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles is something special… in shorts bursts. It’s the perfect game to pick up and play a few levels of before setting it down to go about your business. Brief play sessions will keep you engaged, whereas long blocks will start to wear on you.

Read full review ↗'Lumote' is a well made, Multi-dimensional puzzle game with a great combination of lighting and classical platformer controls. While the Lumotes with subtle cuteness were surely amazing, the game somewhat failed to leave a strong impression due to lack of intense elements.
