You can safely wait a few more months for the remaining flaws in the collection, but for a quick side project, this package is by no means unpleasant. House prices aren't realistic, but neither have they been in real life for years considering what you get. Ultimately, it’s up to the gamer, but I personally enjoy picking this up in between other games.
