Why play it

Dive into a terrifying multiplayer, cooperative, survival horror adventure set in the haunted corridors of an Eastern European orphanage in the 1980s. A spine-chilling game for 1-4 players where teamwork, strategy and survival instinct are your only chance against the unspeakable horrors...

Story and worldbuilding

The game is set in Eastern Europe in the early 1980s. The orphans (players) must figure out how to escape alive from an orphanage that harbors terrible, evil secrets. The caretakers, priests and nuns, are members of a satanic cult and the time has come for the final séance where all the orphans are to be sacrificed to unleash demonic forces on the world and bring demonic power to earth by the "Child Eater". Lukas, managed to escape and left behind an escape plan and various clues during his escape to help the players escape and reveal the story of the cult and the "Child Eater". Before Lukas escaped, he left this message: "Tonight, when the lights go out, flee! Think carefully about which way you go! But remember: YOU MUST REACH THAT BOAT! Don't be afraid, because fear of the child feeds evil, and above all: AVOID THE CHILD EATER, otherwise you will be devoured by the darkness."
