I see and respect what Bubble Ghost Remake attempted here. Take an obscure game, reimagine it, make it big and beautiful, and offer something fresh to puzzle fans. But as it turns out, “bigger” was a crucial mistake.

Bubble Ghost Remake’s newer levels just don’t compare to the simplistic fun those levels offered. It greatly expands upon the original concept, but maybe a bit too much.

If you lack patience or get easily frustrated, the trial-and-error gameplay might not be for you. However, for those who enjoy precision-based challenges and overcoming tricky obstacles, Bubble Ghost Remake is an absolute delight. If you’re unsure, a free demo is available on Steam, and I highly recommend trying it out. As for me? I loved it.
