Between bombs, grids, and predictable enemies, Bomb Kitten works as a cheap, charming pastime, but its lack of challenge makes the firecracker burn out too soon.

A budget puzzler or not, there’s simply nothing of note to enjoy here

The puzzles offer little challenge and the gameplay principle is so reduced that it often feels more like waiting than playing. There are a few timing-based obstacles, but they fail to liven up the monotonous gameplay that sets in after just a few levels. Therefore, I can only recommend Bomb Kitten if the urge to plant bombs is truly pressing.
